it isn't worth writing a review.both managers are gone the property manager Kathy is a big fibber she will make up any story that suit her or will get her way.she will tell u that she can help but doesn't.if it saves h&t money they will do it .just look at the water main leak when they fix it they put big rocks then they want u to drive over them and pack it down.the maintenance supervisor is a moron he doesn't how to fix anything,then monroe will take anything out of your apartment.no can fix your a/c right last year they tried to fix mine took them 4 trys they still couldn't fix it right I had a friend come and take care of it.beware of this place if u rent have a friend that can fix things for u.and now I found out that Pat in the office has left oh boy talk about nothing getting done now.I mean when Doug left it went down hill but now that Pat is gone there is no one to watch over the place.I leaving now I was going to sign a another year lease but not now.beware,BEWARE

Doug is a disgruntled ex-employee and wrote this review that he says wasn't worth his time to write, yet he did anyway. The name dropping--Kathy, Pat, Monroe--is a giveaway. Doug got fired for being a rude prick. Pat is his wife. Notice how everyone is bad except them! Get a life, Doug!!!

Well its not Doug but nice try Steve If I had to work with this crew and try to run this place I would have a heart attack tooo.We heard that u need pills to keep yourself together.Our lease is up this year and you can have this place and stick it up well you know where.It just go's to show you that after 15 years of service hartman & tyner would throw away a hard working man and throw him and his life away they don't care about their workers.

I lived here. dont know doug but met Pat. She was the only compitent one there. I am sure the office is on here trying to save face, but it is no use. Public opinion will prevail. I almost had a heart attack just dealing with the leasing agents and maitinece
