Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
We moved into a filthy apartment, (rust rings in the sink, food crumbs in drawers/refridgerator, hair in sink/tub, mold in tub) requests for simple maintenance were ignored. The snow plowing was TERRIBLE. No assigned parking spots, the fitness room was always dirty. The pipes froze in the laundry room for weeks at a time in the winter. The rental staff was mildly pleasant, but clueless and the manager (when you actually got to speak to her) was impatient and condescending. Move to River Drive instead!!!
