This place is horrible! The apartments are not well maintained at all. The maintenance staff does not answer calls...I went 2 days with out heat when the temperature dropped and then 3 days with air conditioning because they said it was not hot enough outside to consider it an after-hours emergency (it was 90* and I have a dog). The office people always seem as though you are inconviencing them when you come in with a question or work order. The pool opened late and one of the pools never opened. The "updated" gym was renovated for over 6 months and they just have 3 treadmills, 2 elipticals, 1 bike and some free weights. The grounds are horrible and not cleaned up...they do not enforce people to clean up after their dogs either. The lake smells like dead fish in the summer...GROSS! There are alcohol bottles and trash in the yards ALL the time. They do not plow or salt the back side of the apartments where some people may use as their entrance. No one respects the stop signs or a speed limit and just fly through the neighborhood...I witnessed 1 kid and 1 dog hit outside of my building in the year I lived here. There is a broken, junk car parked in the closest spot in front of the building and there are no car ports near my building (which I requested). I am so glad to be moving out!

This place is not ghetto at all. lol. I loved living here. The grounds are well kept and especially great if you have a dog. It is a really good deal for being in Ann Arbor and is at a very convenient location.

I've lived here now for 2 years and I've never had an issue. When I've called Marian with an issue, its addressed right away. When the previous Management was here they let the bushs and trees get over grown and now every Wed. the landscape people are here cutting bushs down, mowing the grass. If one person has a bad experience, doesnt mean everyone that lives is having the same, but some people just like to complain.
