Nice inside apartments, building is older. Rent is cheap. Nice pools. Some neighbors loud. Others writing on this page confusing, not sure about all that, the girls have been good to me, and not had any big problems here.

How do describe Pheasant Run? Takes forever to get maintence to come and when they do its a quarter good job. Not even half way ok. We've had to call them at least ten times to come out and fix ... more

I would really advise against renting at pheasant run apartments or any of the apartments run by Hartman & Tyner. THey are the most cruel and heartless landlords you will ever have! Me and my husband are not complainers either. ... more
