I have lived at Pine Valley for two years and have been impressed from the beggining. The few maintenance requests I have had were attended to within an hour of calling the office. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood that is safe and close to conveinent grocery shopping and downtown Ann Arbor. The staff is curteous with little turnover, so that they recognize tenants when they come in. The only reason I am moving is because I'm going to grad school in another city.
