First, I happened to rent at this community after reading reviews on this site.
I moved here from another city just to find out that management rented me place right next do dumpster.
So I moved to another unit shortly after arrival.
Spring came and skunks woke up. The smell was awfull throughout whole summer, every other night. Management just could not get rid of them.
Every other Friday night or so you could hear parties, loud and lasting long after midnight.
To top it off, air conditioning is pathetic -there is stone-age air-conditioner just in one room and it cannot even cool the room it's placed in. So summer was really difficult.
You cannot swim in the pool unless there is someone sent by managemnent to watch you.

They respond fast to requests and you can live here just OK in the winter (heating is free, skunks asleep, air conditioning not needed), but overall these are quite old apartments, by far the worst I ever lived in.

I think this is an unfair review. This person is from out of town so I will inform you that skunks are a problem for the entire city in the summer months. I find the place to be quiet, though during the summer you can hear more because people have their windows open. Again, none of these complaints seem specific to the complex!
