I lived in a loft for a year by myself and that was lovely. Appliances are a little sketchy and the knobs fly off when you try to open the drawers and cabinets within 2 weeks though. Safety was also an issue for me. I moved into a 2 bedroom with a roommate which was right next to the office my second year there but a few things went wrong with that. I thought that it was a safe neighborhood and pretty well lit but my car was stolen right out in front of the office right in front of my window between 6 and 10 at night. Then my roommate wasn't too good about paying rent on time and they evicted both of us even though it was kind of one sided. My first year here was great, the second, not so much.
