Pine Valley is pretty nice. It's quiet, clean, and close to campus. Grocery store and drug store are 5 minutes away. On-site laundry is a bit of a pain because they don't have enough machines. Management/maintenance is responsive. Price is pretty good for the area. Overall, it's been nice living here.
