My family and I moved in here 10 months ago and we are already moving out again. In the past few months our lives have been considerably disturbed by the people living in this complex. The thin walls in the buildings combined with some strange characters living here have made it impossible to live a quiet life. The worst thing for us was to be witness to loud fights (mainly in the middle of night)and constant sex noises at all times of the day and night from downstairs neighbors.
Managers and maintenance are very responsive, that's right. But if you consider moving here, be very careful who your neighbors are.

I would say that "be careful who your neighbors are" might apply to any apartment complex.

No one has control over who their neighbors are anywhere. The worst I can say about this complex currently in regards to noise is the woman who plays super mario non-stop, but as she has moved out there are no problems anymore. I barely hear a peep out of my neighbors otherwise.
