This really does not tell us anything. If you have a complaint, you probably should let readers know what the problem is so we can decide for ourselves whether the complaint is valid.

I have lived in many apartments and after living here for over a year I am still in awe of the quick and friendly service I receive from the office staff and maintenance. If you really have a valid complaint you should at least take the time to create an articulate statement.
