| 08/18/2012 | A real hidden gem! I've lived in several places in Ann Arbor, and Pine Valley was far and away the best. Rent was low for such a pricey city, but the grounds and buildings were all very well-kept and inviting. Parking was a bit tight on weekends, but we were always able to find a place to park (though sometimes quite far from our door.) The covered parking situation is very inconvenient; you are assigned a covered space, but it is in a random location around the complex.
