I've been in this community for over 2 years and I really love it. Great schools, good neighbors and the maintenance is awesome. If you have children I would really rec. this apt. complex because not only do they have lots of kids, they have childrens programs that are ran by mostly Pinelake parents. The office staff does not try to put things off. If I called with a problem they were right on it and didn't ever try to ------- off.
