There is good and bad about Pinelake. The townhouses are clean and the maintenance does a really good job of fixing things right away. The buildings are old, though, and the fixtures and doors inside are cheap. Most people aren't paying market price for their apartments though, so there is not so much room to complain about it being cheap. I don't think the cooperative has much money for landscaping because there isn't any, but if you need a cheap place to live it is fine. Most of the neighbors and friendly, the staff is always nice and polite and I feel safe living there with my two young kids.
