Pricey...but nice

As a college student I wanted to splurge and live in a nice place my first year out of the dorms...the Ponds was a great place to go for that. If you are tight on cash DON"T LIVE HERE...otherwise it was great. The only disapointment was the "workout room". It wasn't much at all, and I usually wound up going other places to work out.
Whoever came up w/ the designs for the two bedroom, definitely had roommates in mind. Having two baths and bedrooms on opposite sides is such a blessing!
stay here...it's nice.
