The Ponds is pricey but clean, well-maintained and beautiful and the staff is extremely courteous and responsive. Received our full deposit back, promptly, at move-out. No problems with noise on the top floor. Beautiful view of the ponds. Located next to a sheltered bus stop with frequent service. Grocery and drug stores across the street. Covered parking. Easy bike ride into town.
