I love the pond with Herons, fish, rabbits, chipmunks etc. The apartment is of ok quality, with all the features like central air that you want. Maintainence and management team are an absolute gem.

It is true that you can hear people walking around above you. But noisy neighbors are a fact of life anywhere.
