Ponds at Georgetown
AVERAGE RATING

I have been for the last year living in the Ponds and I have a few observations. The leasing office tries to push the apartments at any price and to any people - the results ' guys looking like drug dealers in every building, people ringing your door at any time to open the doors (forgot the front door keys'' I have a small kid so they kept waking him up), broken cars (broken glass) parked on the property and not towed forever. The office does not do anything about anything you ask them to fix. So, if you are looking for a nice place to study and have a kid - stay away.
