I can pretty much continue where the last reviewer ended his list. Again, emergency maintenance is almost non-existing. You have to call or bug them several times until somebody shows up just to NOT fix the problem. All the appliances are at least 25 years old and shabby. It's impossible to heat the apartment in the winter due to very bad insulation. I am pretty sure they have never bothered to change the filters in the AC system for the last 25 years. When you turn on the ventilation in the bathroom the whole bahtroom gets dusty because of the stuff coming out of the ventilation.
A little more than a year ago somebody smashed the side window of my car and right in front of the apartment.
There are always people in the pool area which do not even live here but obviously the staff does not care.
This list could go on and on. I've been living at Traver Knoll for two years before that. Go there instead!
