Horrible 3rd party billing vendor has changed my opinion of this place

They recently started charging residents for Water, Sewer and trash and use a 3rd party to collect the bills. This 3rd party AUM charges $7.50 "convenience fee" for you to pay over the internet each month, and they even ask you to pay about $15 for an activation fee. I can't believe I have to pay the activation fee for a service I do not want! If the ponds wants to use a 3rd party to collect bills, they should foot the bill for extra overhead, not me! I would much rather just hand over a check to the partment complex.
