I normally don't write reviews, but this place is unreal. The only positive thing is the maintenance is done alot faster now compared to a few months ago, the grounds are being kept cleaner, and the current tenants around me are much nicer. As for the office staff, they can't seem to keep anyone. Everytime I go up there, a new person is there working. The manager Mary Lou is the whole reason why people are moving out. She is very unfriendly, and full of false promises. She also seems to care more about getting more people to move in then to take care of her current residents. Hopefully, this new owner will have the smarts to really look into their property manager. I honestly feel if they hired a new manager this property could become real nice again. The negatives with this property is, Front office staff, Cat-tails in the ponds, no irragation, and service charges on AUM. Positives...Mostly grad students and other quiet residents, the maintenance staff, the diversity of the complex, and close to the campus but yet far enough away.
