This is my third year at the Ponds and I just love it. The apartment complex is close to I-94, U of M, the bus line and a Kroger store right across the street. For the price, the 2 bedroom apartments are large they have a great floor plan. My kitchen looks out over the parking lot, but my living room has a patio door to leads out to a nice backyard.
The maintenance crew does a great job and in a timely manner if you need any repairs. The people in the office are always nice and pleasant when I call or stop in to see them. I have worked directly with the property manager, Mary Lou, and she has always been very helpful when ever there has been a problem or issue. Many improvements have been made to the grounds and building. I definitely feel safe and comfortable here. Prior to moving here, I tried another apartment complex in Ann Arbor for 1 year and was not happy. Very Glad I found the Ponds! :-)

What ever Mary Lou. You are not fooling any one. Talk about tooting your own horn. You can only fool people until they move in and find out the place is ran. You push your managment duties on the rest of your revolving door staff.

Not sure what "Anonymous" is talking about in their response. I am a current resident at the Ponds and love it there. If you treat people with respect and kindness, they will treat you the same way. I am not sure what problem "anonymous" had, but it is a very nice place to live for "Mature" adults.
