Quiet place to live

I took over a sublease from another renter and I really liked it a lot. The manager is a sweet older lady who always helped you with whatever you needed. It is quiet and I love having my own entrance, The only bad thing I have to say is that the management company is a pain in the ass. If you plan on moving out make sure you give your notice on the first of the month, if you don't you don't get your security deposit back, Believe me there is small print somewhere that states that!

Just FYI, it is standard in almost every apartment lease that you have to give them thirty days notice if you do not plan on renewing your lease.
