I have lived in many apartments over the past 6 years through college, and this place is the best by far. Any time I have a problem with anything (which has been VERY RARELY and the problems have been very small), the property manager either sends someone over RIGHT AWAY or she comes over herself. She rocks! She lives on site.
This is the first time I had ever experienced moving into an apartment that had been cleaned REALLY well. The bills are reasonable, there is NO noise (I've never been disturbed by neighbors), there are no bugs, there are W/D hookups, the insulation is good, there's plenty of room for me and my stuff (closets, attic space--nice), and again I stress, IT'S CLEAN!
This place was GREAT. I honestly have no complaints. Rock on Bev!
