Couldn't be happier

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I've lived here for the last year and I found this place through this website. All I can say is I'm glad I used the website! For Ann Arbor, the price is really good ($550 for a one bedroom). They're the ranch style apartments, so private balcony, entrance, attic storage, washer/dryer hookup, etc. The apartment is small (about 550 sq ft) but I didn't really need more than that. I never felt unsafe, even with the shady Evergreen next door (*don't* move there).
But what really makes this a fantastic place to live is the staff and maintenance. Bev really is fantastic, she's this kooky older lady who is friendly, fun and lives in the apartment next to the leasing office. She went out of her way to help me out, letting me move in when I needed to and helping me in other ways, and I can't thank them enough. The times that I had maintenance problems, she had the two brothers there within a few hours (if not immediately) and I always knew I could go talk to her about anything I needed to about the apartment. I'm so very happy that I found Randolph Court for this year in Ann Arbor. Just call them up, you'll see what I mean already with Bev.
The only negative thing I can say is that the apartments are small.. but really, for a single female, like I said, I didn't need more. I have no other complaints at all.
