My roomate and I absolutely love our two-bedroom apartment at Woodbury Villas. The apartments are modern, spacious, clean, and bright. Twice we have had to call a maintence person (once just to get our pilot light lit on the fireplace, and once about a toilet) and both problems were taken care of within 24 hours.

About the water billing situation...we did receive a letter stating that we would be being billed for water, but I don't think we've gotten an acutal bill yet.

Every time I go into the club house, the staff is welcoming and very helpful.

One down side is parking. If you come home after around 6 or 7 pm, you can rarely find a parking spot and you have to park at the club house or on Waymarket.

When I first moved in I was excited about the fitness center, but the equipment there is old and dingy. There is one treadmill, one old bike, and one stair stepper, and then free weights, and two machines I think.

Overall, I was totally surprised to see people's negative reviews on this sight. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate my experience here so far to be a 9.
