I'm a current resident, and I'm looking elsewhere. I think others should too. The place isn't that bad compared to other apartments I've had, but the price is too high for what you get.

The water payment issue is what has me leaving. It's a communist system, and for people like me who travel often, I'll be paying more for water that I don't use.

The floorplans don't offer much privacy. I feel reluctant to open my window because of the clear view of the entire apartment it offers.

They're good about clearing snow quickly. The office staff has always been nice to me. But the price is too high compared to other places here.

They're a little too quick to tow people also. I've never had my car towed, but I've seen tow trucks sneak up on cars here that were just parked for a moment in a fire zone in order to retrieve something from their apartment. I don't see the harm.

The neighbors here have all been very respectful too.

All in all, it's not as bad as other places I've lived, but the price is far too high for the quality of these apartments.
