Nice apartments, great staff working here. The holding company has recently seen fit within the last 3 months to charge for covered parking and charge for water despite the fact that there is NO METER for my apartment. This ticked me off because there was a verbal agreement at the time of my lease signing that water was covered by the complex - so they are not bound by their word. Thus, I will be moving out at the end of my lease to avoid such nit picky annoying fees that they are bound to find more of to charge me without any recourse.
