I have lived there for almost a year and I can honestly say that within the first month of moving in I decided that I would not renew my lease.

First of all they started charging for water in the middle of our lease. In their letter to the tenants about the new charges they came straight out and said "this is perfectly legal there is nothing you can do about it". I dont know how this "third party" determines the charges but it definately not fair.

While I have not heard my next door neighbors, it is incredibly annoying to hear everything from the apartment directly above. Not to mention the fact that the water pipes go through the wall in the bedroom and consequently we are woken up every morning at 5 by this horribly loud dripping water sound.

Maintence is pretty quick to respong. However they leave all the lights on in our apartment when they come through. And after they leave I always find that something else is messed up. Not to say that they destroy things on purpose to charge you for them later, but I wouldnt put it past them.

Worst of all I have heard terrible things about charges from your security deposit when you move out. This is something I am dreading more than anythng else. Thanks to the previous review for the excellant tip about a walk through for charges.

Overall I would not recommend, too expensive for all the extra charges you have to pay.
