The past few reviews that were good about the Villas are out of control. I bet you anything it was the office staff that wrote them. Anything for a sale.
I just moved out of Woodbury Villas and all I can say is that I'm thrilled to be gone. I lived there for 3 years and had no real problems until recently when the office staff changed yet again. I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone and talking about a renewal was like buying a used car! It was rediculous. Anything for your money.
The maitenence sytaff is great though. They are quick to respond and always have the right attitude. I just wish it would have rubbed off onto the new staff.'
For those of you considering the villas....beware...you'll get a good deal now,but you'll get screwed royally later!
