I've lived at Woodbury Villas the past year, and it really hasn't been too bad. Maintenance has been good and bad, depending on the time of the month I guess. The whole water bill thing we knew about when we moved in, it's $25 per month for water, whatever... The electric bill does seem pretty outrageous, we're pretty moderately temperatured people and we keep the heat/air way down or off during the day (hardly turned the air on all summer) and our bills are still $150 per month! My big complaint about the Villas is this: they cater to us dog owners, yet they never ever ever have poop bags available at the little poop bag stations. The dispensers are ALWAYS empty, which means poop in the grass!!
If you do move in, make sure you get a carport space because the parking there is horrible!!
Anyway, big apartment complexes just aren't for me, I'll be moving out at the end of this month.
