Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
I rented with this place and got screwed as well. i was out of town after having paid rent and apparently my rent check bounced after a check i deposited bounced. they served me with papers and tried to charge me the court fees which IS ILLEGAL. i talked to the ann arbor tenants union and they helped me out.
their "submetering" of water is also shady as hell. $75/month!!! are you kidding me' the city of ann arbor water bills from my past were around $30 for 3 moths!!! i have to question the legality of that.
the parking here is absolutely terrible--worse than campus. seriously do not live here.
also, i would question the authenticity of the postings here which support woodbury. a lot of companies have their own people make up good reviews and post them.....
