Just to start...I do not work for Woodbury Villas. I was just browsing through this site checking out the area and it sounds likes many of you are just spoiled by student housing and should stay in the dorms. I have lived in many apartments, signed many leases and I actually read them. If the person before me would have read thier lease they wouldn't be complaining. I am sure every grip she/he had was stated in the lease or some sort of other paper she/he had to sign. That's my advice to anyone who is looking for an apartment, most places will give you a lease to read over when you apply if you ask and never sign something you havent read.
