Overall the apartment itself is very nice. The one problem is that the phone lines are not wired in every room which is a bit of a pain. No working line in the living/dining area. Only in the individual bedrooms. The cable outlet is right next to the fireplace so either requires running cables across the room or placing tv directly in front of the fireplace (potential fire hazzard). The people who designed this place obviously didn?t put too much effort into it.



Two major problems are the parking and the managment. Only one assigned covered parking spot per apartment which is fine if there were enough uncovered parking spots to accomodate all the vehicles. If you come home anytime after 5-6pm you may have to park on the other side of the complex which can be up to 100yds away. Becomes a problem when bringing home groceries!!! Don?t like fighting for parking.



Secondly the managment is not quick to respond to issues. Have been given the run around on many occasions with responses to differential in rent payments and referral bonuses. Was quoted one rate upon signing the pre-lease then given a higher rate at move in (I believe that?s illegal by the way). I suppose they thought we would not notice!! Not very consistent with their service.



Neighbors are generally quiet but the highway, I94, is right behind the apartment complex and can get quite noisy at times!!



Overall, if all you want is a nice apartment then this place is fine but if you?re swayed by the availability of customer service and convenience then don?t live here!!
