I'd say "no" as well

I am a professor at the University and thought I'd find a good temporary home while I searched for a house. I am quite disappointed with this place. In particular, I feel deceived on two accounts.
First, the flyer I had from Woodbury indicated that water was included in the bill. Two months after I moved in, I received notice that I would be paying my own water. I found this outrageous and when I complained, I was pointed to the fine print which seemed to indicate that this "breach of contract" was actually legal behavior.
Second, when I inspected the apartments, I was assured that there was concrete between the walls to minimize sound from the neighbors. This is not true. In addition to creeky floors and the occassional bass from speakers, I can actually hear conversations!
Also, a few minor gripes... When I moved in, the apartment had not been adequately cleaned. There was crud in the kitchen and the floors. My dishwasher is ancient, and in fact, many of the prongs on the dishrack have broken due to rust (something I didn't seen when I first looked around).
One positive note...maintenence has been prompt to respond to calls.
