This apartment complex had some positive sides but those quickly faded away after staying here.
for one...in the winter it is very bad to live here. You can break your leg or worse when it snows.
They do plow the sidewalks and the streets, but have they ever heard of salt'
When they do get around to salting the sidewalk and driveways they always neglect the parking area. I nearly slipped everytime I went to my car.
It would have beem nice had they sprinkled a little bit of salt where residents park at.

And who said michigan doesnt have mountains.
When it snows...ther you go your regular Mt. Fiji next to your car.

Oh...and when the snow melts....well...dont walk on the grass. Its like a minefield full of dog crap.
It smells like a sewer yard when you walk outside.
Its funny when you can look out the window and see little patches of brown and what ever other color in the grass. the grass aint even green any more.
I am going to realy feel sorry when the summer heat comes. Say hello to flies and a whole lot of stinch.

As far as the interior...its ok just make sure you check everything out before you move in.

But besides the winter mayhem and the dog crap-a-pollosa, this is a fair place to live. The only real good positive is that its next to the mall.

Freeway noise is sometimes a problem when you hear trucks downshifting in the middle of the night.

I would have moved down the street or across the street If I knew it was gonna be like this.

Staff...they can be nice at times and then they can be like "female dogs".

Parking....get here early in the evening cause once it get s dark you on your own.

Neighbors are cool. Dont hear that much doing on except someone falling over on the floor or something.

Maintenance crew is really cool.
they at least made my stay enjoyable.
