I moved in to Woodbury Villas last August, despide reading all the horrible reviews. After viewing the apartment, I was told by a leasing agent that I could get a special of $950, and possibly $900 on a usual $1015 2 bed/2 bath. The agent called me back the next day to tell me he got it for me for the $900. He even helped me move in.

Overall I'd say my roommate and I love being here! Granted, we our fresh out of college and were used to college apartment standards, but we think it's great. We're on the 3rd floor with lovely vaulted ceilings, and love sitting on our large deck. Everyone says parking is horrible, but it's not bad at all except for some weekends where you may have to walk (gasp!) a little ways to your apartment.

A few reviews mentioned the water situation, which does seem like a scam to me by a bogus company. BUT for 2 of us who shower every day and do lots of laundry we have never paid more than $20 a month TOTAL.

The maintenance staff is also fast and efficient.

We also love hanging out by the pool during the nice weather, but it isn't heated. It's still a nice atmosphere!

Noise isn't a problem either, we never hear our neighbors except for a rare party below us on a weekend. No big deal.

One bad note-the staff seems to be constantly changing and can be somewhat female dog like, but I've found you can kill 'em with kindness. :) Overall I'd recommend moving here, and look forward to another great year!
