Avoid like the plague

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
Landlords claimed we owed them 300 dollars for damage to 2x2 piece of carpet. Maintenance and service at the apartment complex was horrible. We had mice in the apartment twice. Landlords lied about rental terms. Don't let them sell you on the ten month deal.
