Stay Away.... Rip Off

As a past resident of Woodbury Villas, I would like to inform you to not consider an apartment here. They are a total rip-off.
The maintenance staff & the community are good but the new manager and her policies suck. Our lives are already stressful with our workload and to add to that we have to deal with increasing utility costs. Neither the accountant nor the management is capable of giving an explanation for the increase. They will pretty soon end up closing the units if the Apartment Community owners don't fire them.
This is not a bad place to live if you can negotiate upfront that you will never pay for any additional costs other than a fixed amount in rent. Luckily for me, I have found a wonderful place closeby. I will never suggest to anyone about considering Woodbury Villas at the present time.
