Since living at Woodbury I have managed a very upscale property outside of A2. When I was there I was basically impressed. I think it was worth the money.

A few negatives include:
-this was a very pet friendly place. It seemed like everyone had a dog.
-Parking was a little bit of an issue, especially in the evenings.
-They did start charging me for water in the middle of my lease after initially telling me that it was included. These charges were not individually metered.

Overall it was a very well managed, clean, quiet place.

This was a couple years ago though. It is always a good idea to meet the current manager and see if you think he/she wants to and is capable of doing a good job.
