I have lived here for over 2 years and have not had very many problems. As mentioned in other reviews, the maintenance people are very nice and always timely. The grounds are kept well except for the occasional tenant who refuses to pick up after their dog. It is great to have someone sign for packages and feed your pets while you are out of town (except on holidays).
The interior is showing its age. So are the appliances. Whoever did the dry-walling in my unit should have been fired. Still there is a ton of storage space and everything is functional.
My biggest problem has been upon lease renewal. I needed a four month renewal, not the 6 or 12 month they were offering me. At first they said they couldn't do it and then they said they could but the price was significantly higher. I didn't want to move some place for four months so I had to take it. Ultimately, I am paying a lot more than the apartment is probably worth.
