I moved in July 2008, and loved it. The place was well kept and very clean, the staff was friendly and efficient... what the hell happened' Now there is a new manager who is completely rude and uncaring, and every time I go into the office there is someone new working and they seem terribly disorganized.
My apartment is a decent size for the price and I like the fact that I have my own washer and dryer. Maintenance has been pretty good and are friendly, although response times have also gotten much slower in the past few months.
The pool area, locker rooms, gym and clubhouse are not kept up anymore- it used to be very clean and inviting and they served breakfast every morning- one of my favorite things about this place. I used to bring my family there when they would visit, now its so nasty in there that I would be too embarrassed. I refuse to use the pool or any of the other "ammenities" that they offer. Its pretty clear that they don't care about the place anymore...I will NOT be renewing my lease and I can't wait to get out of this place
