The apartments are really nice and after a few months you just think "this a good place to live". But after the first problem with rent or billing your life is a living hell.
They are not clear about numbers, and don't be scared if you have to pay a couple of hundred dollars for late fee described as court costs. And now they are billing for water - ilegally by the way - even for those living at the apartments and don't have this information in the leasing agreement. If after all this you still want to live there, be careful and ask about all values possible, avoid the surprises. Or best thing, avoid this complex. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
