I had a friend that lived here a few years ago and I always thought her place was nice, so I decided to move here myslef. Big mistake! This place is a high priced ghetto. Too many parties, loud music, and people hanging outside at all hours. Not a safe environment and calls to the office don't do any good.
The apartment is ok, but my washer and dryer are very old and I was told that it will not be replaced. Rip off!

Greetings, I'm interested to know what a "high priced ghetto" looks like as stated by the anonymous writer and in what context are they using "ghetto" because from what I know of "ghettos", nothing they said fits what a "ghetto" is. This is weird coming from a suburban white man but, I think people should not let their ignorance get the best of them and should educate themselves on what particular words mean before letting them spill out of our mouths. Clearly this is what had to happen on September 18, 2009. As for Signature Club, it is a good location, it's a little higher than the average but still affordable, and I would recommend this place to any person I came across. :-)
