Management gets worse every single day

We moved to Signature Club because we wanted a decent and affordable place in Ann Arbor. There aren't many complaints about the apartment itself or the amenities (they were adequate, despite the hole in our floor which was never fixed properly, and you can't expect much with such old buildings and relatively cheap rent - the repairs which were required were generally promptly attended to, although never done correctly. Cheap fixes for a cheap place.) I cannot remotely convey the same mild enthusiasm for the management. When we moved to Signature Club everyone in the office was friendly and flexible, and they were honest. But things change. The people are unhelpful, refuse to work with you on problems, and I feel like they did their best to find ways to screw you. I definitely DO NOT recommend moving here.

I agree; will be posting shortly - lived here two years, as well. In that two years, Signature Club has seen three different property managers. With each new manager the community (general upkeep, paint peeling from mailboxes) seems to go downhill, as well as the overall staff.
