The worst--Live here and regret it

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
The staff is terrible--they don't reply to phone calls and are quick to place an eviction notice when they screw up rent. ALWAYS get a letter of retraction when they do this, and they will.

Oh, and they illegally bill for water. Current residents are currently being represented by a lawyer.
