Apartment layout is wonderful; we had a 2 bedroom 1 1/4 bath. Unfortunately, two break-ins in broad daylight in past year. Noise level is terrible;worst of anyplace ever You can hear your neighbors cough. This is the absolute truth. Lots of noise from freeway. Grounds are average but snow removal is the best of anyplace I have ever lived!!!! Maintenance staff is friendly; office staff is very rude and not helpful at all; the one gal acts like she is doing you a favor just answering the phone. She needs a job without contact with the public. Wind and rain in through poorly fit windows; was told over a year ago they would be replaced. Ha! We can not wait to move at end of the month. Rent rate was a special--usually rents for $875.00. Would not recommend living here unless you like noise, rude neighbors and lack of interest from the office staff. Best feature besides apartment layout is the maintenance staff, especially one guy who lives here. He is awesome!!!!!
