I lived in Sparrow Wood apartments for a little over two years and loved every minute of it. Sabrina, the property manager, is very helpful and responds to her voice mails within a day. Whenever I had a problem with something, maintenance was out to fix it with in a few days. I never had an issue with noise, violence, maintenance, or office staff. The property is conveniently located by the freeway, shopping, downtown Ann Arbor, and many restaurants. I would still live there if it weren't for graduating. I moved out the beginning of August and already have all of my security deposit.
