The staff is nice. They are pretty fast with repairs. Although there has been a leak and peeling and cracking ceiling out in the hallway for a while which has not even been attempted to be repaired.
I feel sorry for the people living downstairs. They must hear EVERYTHING in our apartment, including a baby that wakes up in the middle of the night crying!
We don't have pets, but our toddler is very noisy, and I'm sure the neighbors can hear her very well. The apartment is very drafty in the winter time. Very expensive to cool in the summer. No security doors. It would be easy to put a lock on the main doors, but they don't! So there are always solicitors knocking on our door.
There are a lot of people who chose not to be respectful of noise into the night, and cabs are always in the parking lot honking their horns!
Would try somewhere else first!
