At first this place seemed like a great idea. No security deposit, decent rent, heat gas and water included....but my how things went down the gutter. First went the neighbors, rude loud and very unneighborly like. The parking...sucks, sometimes I feel like I'm walking a mile to get to my apartment. Then we realized our water line was connected to the apartment above us, every time they take a shower (which is like every 5 minutes) we lose all hot water...believe me it sucks when you're actually in the shower. Then my packages started getting stolen, since there are no buzzer controlled entrances anyone could walk in and take the packages which UPS , the USPS, etc leave right in plain view. Next my roommates 1998 plymouth neon got stolen from right in front of our door. There is always shady business going on right outside of our building with people jumping the fence from another complex and basically the place seems nice but when you peel away the layers its rotting underneath.
