I've had a lot of problems with management but here there are no problems at all. We have a very cute patio, that is right across from the pool. I guess it all depends on the location of your apartment and the neighbors you have but i haven't had any problems. There are some things that could stand to be nicer, but over all i would recomend it. When all the trees are in bloom, it is very pretty. and they keep up the grounds well. Note: they cut the grass every wednesday morning, so don't plan on sleeping in. No security deposit, so that can't royaly rip you off.
